Chewy Brownies {Sugar Free and Gluten Free}

Check out this delicious recipe for GF/SF brownies! I really enjoy making this recipe for my family on occasion, and maybe it can become a family favorite in your home too!

Chewy Brownies (Gluten Free, Sugar Free)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.

Beat 4 eggs in a separate bowl until fluffy.

Add vanilla, honey, and coconut sugar slowly, beating well after each addition.

Melt butter and add cocoa powder. Slowly add butter mixture to egg mixture.

Fold flour mixture into egg mixture until all dry mixture is wet.

Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan (a slightly larger pan would work perfectly, maybe even better also)

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center of brownies comes out clean.

Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool.

Variation: For chewy brownies, reduce baking time by 3 to 5 minutes. After baking, immediately place brownies in freezer for 10 minutes.

Chewy Brownies

Ingredients:
(Cuts into 12 squares)

1/3 cup corn starch
1/3 cup potato starch
1/3 cup rice flour
1/3 cup tapioca starch
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt (optional)

4 large eggs, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup honey
3/4 - 1 cup coconut sugar
(if you're not worried about sugar content in this recipe you can do 2 cups granulated sugar instead of honey and coconut sugar)
1 cup butter (if you're using salted butter, I suggest not putting in the salt in your dry ingredients)
1 cup cocoa powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Mix first 6 ingredients in an extra-large bowl.

Beat eggs in a separate bowl until fluffy. Add vanilla and sugar slowly, beating well after each addition. Melt butter and add cocoa powder. Slowly add butter mixture to egg mixture. Fold flour mixture into egg mixture until all dry mixture is wet. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
