7 Minute Chocolate Chip Muffins

Hey guys!

We're sharing with you today some ooey goey chocolate chip muffins. Can't you feel your mouth watering now?!

Perfect served with a glass of milk

These muffins literally only took me about 7 minutes to make, place in the pan and get in the oven! I love to just quickly whip up a dessert in such a short time!

These muffins are not gluten free, although there is no sugar in this dessert except in the chocolate chips. (You can definitely purchase sugar free chocolate chips to solve this! We'll be using semi-sweet chips today, though)  If you'd like a gluten free version of this recipe comment below and I'll experiment and be happy to give you that recipe as soon as possible!

Ready for the ingredients??

Chocolate Chip Muffins

1-1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. coconut sugar (or substitute of choice -- if you
don't want this to be a low sugar recipe, you can put in 1/2 c.
white sugar instead)
3 tsp. baking powder

1 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1 egg
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips

How to make it:

Mix dry ingredients and chocolate chips.  Combine egg, milk, butter; stir into flour mixture. (Do not beat.)  Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes. (You might want to start with 17 minutes and see how they are. You don't want them too crispy!)

Now you're done!! Wasn't it easy?

We'd love to see pictures via social media if you make these! Comment below telling us what you think. :)

Have a fantastic week!
